Eligibility
Young adults (Non-Minor Dependents/NMD) who are 18-21 years old and who were in out of-home placement one day past their 16th birthday are eligible.

Housing Assistance
Youth will benefit from assistance with obtaining and maintaining safe, stable, and affordable housing. THP will provide:

Employment& Education Services
Youth will have access to resources such as, an Education & Employment Specialist and outside resources to help further their education and employment goals.

Referrals for training and internships

Computer access for job searches, applications, and preparing resumes

Exploring careers Connecting with programs on campus like EOPS, Guardian Scholars, etc.
Health and Emergency Services
Youth will have access to mental health therapists, art & equine therapy, Evolution Coaches, emergency crisis services available 24/7. Youth are offered individualized treatment planning to help overcome the barriers hindering their success. They are guided by THP staff how to maintain and advocate for their medical & dental needs
Independent Skills Workshops
Youth will have access to a wide variety of educational workshops on relevant and requested topics from your own peers:
